Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, are currently engaged in a custody battle, and Usher is starting to retaliate, as TMZ reports.
Usher has a long list of offences according to Tameka, which include that he doesn't ask permission before taking their kids on trips, hiring nannies without consulting her, as well as cancelling her Saks 5th Avenue credit card. For these reasons Tameka asked a judge in Georgia for full custody of the kids last month; currently they have joint custody of their children.
Usher, however, is not taking these allegations lying down, he is asking a judge to reject Tameka's request as he claims the allegations are false. The trail is set for February 27th.
